This new 280,000ft² shop which opened in September 2009, is the principal anchor store for the St. David’s retail development. This £500m development in Cardiff city centre has been developed by the St David’s Partnership, a joint venture between Land Securities and Capital Shopping Centres.

This new store is the largest in the region and represents the next generation of John Lewis department stores. Auxilium were responsible for the 3-dimensional coordination of the M&E services and value engineering redesign for this flagship store.
